A short view back to the past

There exists 5000 Prime Beaviz living on the Cardano Blockchain. Each and every one of them have a set of unique traites which make them non-fungible and valuable. As you read here, Prime Beaviz live in a eco-punk future. Their life is split in two important dimensions: working hard and playing hard. Prime Beaviz are your playable character in game. Players can have several Beaviz per account/wallets but can only play with one at a time.

Main Gameplay

0 - Setting your account up

Once a player connects to Metadams, he has access to his dedicated profile zone. There he can select the beaver he wishes to use as well as customise his overall account. Once settled, the player launches the game and gets into Metadams.

1 - Explore and complete quests

Now the first things players will have to do will be completing the first tutorial. This tutorial is meant to explain to the player how, where and what to do in Metadams. The first thing players will be incentivised to do is: explore.

Metadams is a rich universe with lots of different landscapes and activities to do. The natural first thing players will do is explore the immense "Circle". Discover our dedicated zones and activities for our partners. Discover the diverse entertainment zones with concerts, discotheques, rooftops and many others. Discover some educative zone to learn more about Cardano & the project's history. Metadams is a HUGE universe so enjoy the beautiful peaceful environment & the adventure!

The Circle is also enriched with different non-playable characters (NPCs) that offer the players the possibility of completing quests. Each of these NPCs have several quests for you to complete. Finishing each of theses quests will make you earn XP and/or resources. Quests bring a fun practical support to the storyline. Thus, we have created several types of NPCs, here are some example:

2 - Socialize

One of the first goal of our project was to avoid the emptiness of all the Web3 games that exist and that you might know. Those environment just felt awfully empty for us. In Metadams, everything is made for you to get to meet new people and to share with them. Share discussions, conferences or games. All of that in a safe environment where you get to chose if you want to speak with them or not. Metadams offers a dual chatting system which allows the players to either chat in a general chat or use direct messages and group chats with your added-friends. As a whole, Metadams has been made to incentivised social interactions.

3 - Share events

Deeply linked to the socialise aspect, Metadams is meant to be a place of content creation and events. The whole team is actively working in order to organise weekly events and an active Circle life. Beaviz will share all together these events and be rewarded for it. Those events can either be organised by our partners, by the community or by Metadams.

4- Enjoy mini-games

Thanks to the experience and the historical development of TapNation, Metadams will be enriched with a lots of different mini-games. All of those mini-games are multiplayers which means that you can enjoy every experience with your friends! Each of these games are also linked to a leaderboard which gathers your score. The best players will earn weekly and monthly rewards.

Almost each and every interactions you do in game will earn you some XP that will translate into your Beaviz levelling up. The next section will explain in detail the levelling system of the Beaviz.
