The land gameplay is directly linked to Terra Firma. If you don't know what Terra Firma is, check here.
Lands are private, yet accessible for others, areas where Beaviz live. Each land is an NFT with attributes, listed bellow and especially unique coordinates.

Lands receive $MTD passively and periodically depending on its level. Each land has at its center a lodge which represents the Beaviz natural house. It's the player's duty to work on his land to upgrade it and increase its yeild.
Collecting on your land
As you have seen in the Terra Firma section, there exists 4 different resources areas:
The Sea: which holds water
The Sea shores: which holds sand
The Forest: which holds wood
The Rockies: which holds uranium
Lands' main gameplay is to collect resources through your collectors in order to use them to upgrade and generate higher yields for your land.

How to get a collectors ?
Each collector is a NFT, with unique attributes corresponding to its performance detailed in increase your earnings section.
Collectors can be exchanged in the dedicated shop using resources. For instance, a player reaching level 5 will be able to easily spend the earned resources to buy a water collector.
Each of the 4 collector types can be placed on one single owned land and can then be moved at any time. Having a wood collector will make you receive daily rewards of woods, having a uranium collector will make you receive daily rewards of uranium etc.
How to use a collector ?
Collectors work passively. Every restock period, your collectors receive a certain amount of associated resource that you can then spend as you wish.
This amount depends on several parameters for each resource collector:
: The rate of resource collect depending on the position of the land - which the collector is on - to the resources zones. Indeed, each land has an active radius that contains - or not - resource tiles. The more tiles you have within your land radius the more resources you earn every period with associated collectors. With the amount of resource tile in the active radius, ,(base rate), (maximum bonus rate) three balancing parameters.

: The multiplier performance attribute of the NFT.
: Restock period performance attribute of the NFT.
Thus every period of time, collector received resource quantity , if it is not full yet.
Remark: If you don't have the resource tile in your land's active radius you still earn resource with your collector, just without any boost.
In the example above, the land in the center has in its active radius 13 sea shore tiles, 6 forest tiles, 5 shore tiles and 0 rocky tile. If this land has a uranium and a water collector,

Collecting $MTD
Players are eligible periodically for passive airdrops of $MTD determined by their lands' level. However they have to connect periodically to withdraw it. Indeed, having a land is the main and best way of collecting $MTD periodically. The main land gameplay is about collecting $MTD and improving your yield.
Indeed, players are then able to upgrade their land level using resources leading to a higher generation of $MTD, further explained in "Increase your earnings".
Customise your land
Your land is also your place to customise. The land gameplay will be enriched with the possibility of upgrading each asset on it. The first one being the collectors placed on it. The second one being the main lodge. Lodges are the beavers' house. It's also the visual representation of a land's yield. The higher the land yield the bigger the lodge.
